It was one of the nicest older motels I have stayed in. The renovation was done well. Staff was nice and does a great job keeping the place clean. I will stay here again and recommend it from what I experienced. I support old motels when I travel.

This is a great little place to stay for visiting the lakes. It’s family owned and operated. Great location to stop for rest from KC. Great hot water pressure and the room looked just like the Hilton when I was sleeping . They have boat trailer parking, no turnaround. Easy in out. If you’re looking a breakfast buffet go pay more. Fresh fruit, packaged pastries and a cup of coffee is what to expect.

We were so happy to find this hotel in a snow storm. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable although a little worn. For the price, it exceeded our expectations.

Breakfast items were limited but they did have waffles which I love. The room was spotless and so was the entire lobby and breakfast area. This is a pet friendly hotel and we loved being able to park right in front of our door and take our cats inside in their carriers.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was very spacious. The refrigerator was large. There were two sinks. You could park right outside your door. The rooms were quiet and dark.

The building and lot are clean and well kept, and the staff is friendly and helpful. everything worked properly and was in good condition. I would be happy to stay here again next time.

Rooms were good-sized and clean. Ease of access to property. Little to no weed smell... pool was nice and clean.
